Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, interest, and message you enter. If you email us, we keep the email. We do not collect anything else about you as a person.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for one.

How we use what you send

We use contact form submissions to reply to you and, if you asked about a product, to follow up about that product. That is all.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards so we have context if you come back. Email us if you want yours deleted sooner.

Who else sees it

Your submission is stored on our own infrastructure and delivered to our email. We use a hosting provider and an email provider to do that. Neither is permitted to use your data for anything else.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@focussofthq.com and we will act within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
